EXCHANGE POLICY

At TRVNCORE, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

We only provide size exchanges for eligible products.

To request a size exchange:
• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct size is selected before placing an order.

Exchange requests may be declined if the product shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or washing.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Sale items, limited-edition drops, and promotional purchases may not be eligible for exchange unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
